19637 1/13/26 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 03, 2026, beginning at 10:00 A.M. to hear citizens who may wish to comment on: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NUMBER, CUPP2510-001 SCOTT & KIM PORTER (OWNER AND APPLICANT): An application for a Conditional Use Permit upon Gila County Assessor’s Tax Parcel Number 201-06-103C, to allow for multiple structures/items that were placed in violation of the Gila County Zoning Ordinance to remain on the property without a primary use (residence). The property is located at 451 N. Santo Sandia Lane, Tonto Basin, Arizona (APN 201-06-103C), and is zoned General Unclassified District (GU). The public hearing will take place at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors’ Hearing Room, 1400 E. Ash Street, Globe, Arizona. One or more of the Board members may participate in the meeting by telephone conference call or by interactive television (ITV). The meeting will be televised to the Gila County Complex, Board of Supervisors’ Conference Room, 707 S. Colcord Road, Payson, Arizona, and it will be live-streamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkCHWVqrI5AmJKbvYbO-k2A/live . Citizens may submit comments related to this agenda item by no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, February 02, 2026, by emailing the Clerk of the Board at casrarynezami@gilacountyaz.gov or calling 928-402-4390. Comments may also be input through YouTube during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Please include the meeting date, agenda item number, your name, and residence address in the email. All comments are public information and subject to release. Citizens can also attend this hearing in person in Globe or Payson to provide their comments.
